What’s up guys. I just wanted to post a quick note here to let you know that issue #4 of DEF Magazine is available for purchase physically and digitally. It features a review that I wrote for the collaborative album by Sunmundi & klwn cat, Lived & Born, which is easily one of the best albums I’ve heard in 2024. That’s pretty much all I’m gonna say about it here, so if you wanna read more about what I have to say, visit staydef.com and get yourself a copy. Trust me, it’s worth it. There are also a few other reviews from other talented writers, most of which are for projects that I also enjoy a lot. There’s international artist profiles, “Artists on the Rise” columns, and more fun and exciting stuff. If you wanna learn about modern underground rap, you need to cop this shit. Truth be told, it’s much more informative than this blog could ever be just due to the collaborative nature and diversity of perspectives.
