Song Review | NDNI – GOD DREAM

This new single from NDNI was released this past Friday on March 11th. I really enjoyed NDNI’s debut LP, Lifted, and I think they’re one of the more exciting new discoveries I’ve made in the underground scene, so I was really looking forward to checking this track out.

I really like the heavy, melodic production from Bonaparte. It kinda reminds me of something that Sadistik might have rhymed over around the Ultraviolet days. The hook on this track is pretty solid, but it’s actually the verses themselves that keeps the song interesting to me. I don’t really consider NDNI to be amazing top tier lyricists or anything, but they just sounded really good rapping on this track in my opinion. Especially ANDY MUSA. At least, I think. I don’t really know if I’ve matched a name to a voice yet when it comes to the members. Whoever went first really sounded great though. I think that’s ANDY MUSA, but I could be wrong. It could be PHNTMSKY. Either way, both of them sounded really good. I think their vocal deliveries are great. Whoever went second had a pretty nice flow too. I like the melodic delivery of the guy who went first. They both just sound really good to me. I feel like I’m starting to sound like a broken record at this point, but yeah. This is a good song in my opinion. Let me know what you think of it in the comments below. I fuck with it personally.

Tell me if I'm trippin'
